Peindre est pour moi une respiration, une thérapie. Après un accident de la vie, je me suis naturellement tournée à nouveau vers les pinceaux, C’est dans le geste, dans le mélange des couleurs, dans le mouvement que je trouve l’apaisement.
Inspirée par la nature, ses paysages changeants, ses nuances infinies, ses rythmes parfois calmes, parfois tumultueux, je cherche à retranscrire une émotion plutôt qu’une image fidèle. Je ne peins pas ce que je vois, mais ce que je ressens.
Je ne nomme pas mes tableaux. Chacun est libre d’interpréter l’œuvre à sa manière, d’y voir ce qu’il veut, abstraction ou évocation plus figurative. L’essentiel est ce que l’œuvre réveille en lui.
