Traces
Milano, MI, Italia
Traces are the signs of living beeings on earth.
The traces are the report of the time of existence.
The present is the only concrete and existing reality for living beings.
In fact, the past and the future exist only in their mind as memories, experiences, hopes, forecasts or warnings of survival but are not concretely palpable in the present.
Writing like drawing, photography and most works of art are proof in the present that the past is exhisted.
In this exhibition are on display the zoomorphic sculptures in steel and wood by Duilio Forte, the historical photographs of the music of the 60s and 70s from the Ferraina Archive and the oil, acrylic and mixedmedia paintings by Lara Franceschelli, Vincenzo La Greca, Marco Antonacci and Lucio Forte.

Critical text
New words, a new language. The artists live in a continuous search for forms and expressive codes. At the beginning of the millennium, after centuries of studies, experiments and insights and after an incredible jumble of styles and currents, now parhaps, could be the moment in which art expresses a new approach.
A natural consequence of the previous history and in particular of that of the twentieth century which was fraught with deviations from stylistic features.
An absolute baggage, from which a different, fresh, pure language spontaneously derives, which although includes historical reminiscences, but is made up of new words.
