Iztok Retar, P.h.d. lectures didactics of sports at the University of Primorska. He started painting in 2017 as a self-taught painter and since then he created several abstract acrylic on canvas art stories. His various applications of vibrant colors of the Mediterranean, express the unpredictability of life. He does not frame the volume of the art story, but continues it, and flows from the canvas into perception and experience that can provoke an excitement. He tells the stories in the form of complex and rhythmically arranged layers of colorful color compositions, which with courageous architecture express on one hand simplicity on the other, the complexity of life.
