He studied art at the College of Visual Arts in Beersheba and worked as a counselor at a youth shelter and a pre-school sports and art teacher. He started painting at the age of 23 and became a full-time artist in 2008.

Perez paints Tel Aviv with his own unique vision and expression. He depicts the city’s urban landscapes with colorful and expressive strokes, showing its diversity and vitality. He paints scenes of daily life in the city streets, parks, and public places, as well as special events such as parties, parades, protests, weddings, and orgies.
