Art and music are my passion and outlets. I have to thank my beautiful creative mother who first introduced me to art and music as early as I can remember. My love for art and music are a direct result of her love for the same.

I've always had a strong interest in the arts since early childhood. I was painting and drawing since I was a toddler but it wasn't until I reached high school where I believed that art was going to be a major part of who I was to become. In high school I explored many avenues of art: Painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpting.. and even dramatic arts! I continued my passion for art throughout college but soon after lost touch with it and as a result lost a piece of my "self". I'm happy to have returned to this passion that was missing from my life.

I once heard someone say that creativity is the life force behind humanity. I couldn't agree more. Art is all around us, It is a universal form of expression which has no boundaries.

I don't have a particular philosophy about my artwork I just enjoy painting and use art as a means to express myself. I like to pursue spirituality and sensuality in my life as well as in my artwork. Spirituality is a strong driving force in my life...not to be confused with any one religion or philosophy. The spiritual and sensual part of me are expressed in several pieces but are really an extension of who I am. My personal beliefs and respect for divinity are often expressed through my art.

Currently, I'm fascinated with sunsets and how beautiful the different colors play against the sky. I've also been exploring faces and the human body for quite some time. My inspiration for my art can come from anything, nature, people, music, life...everything inspires me. It is without question that my passion for art is directly connected to love and spirituality. Painting/drawing for me is a form of meditation which brings me closer to the true meaning of life...living in love through God.

There is one person who has inspired me beyond words and continues to inspire me effortlessly.
