Sebbene inizialmente modellata dall'influenza di Brun, in seguito ha esplorato diversi laboratori, ampliando i suoi orizzonti artistici. Nel corso della sua carriera di scultore, Anh Diù ha costantemente privilegiato l'argilla come mezzo principale e le donne sono la sua musa e ispirazione principale.
L'esplorazione artistica di Anh Diù è caratterizzata da un'innata curiosità e da un entusiasmo sfrenato, che la spingono in varie direzioni in termini di materiali, formati e stili.
