Eleve de Max FIGEROU, Françoise BOUDIER, et François TAMALET, je travaille essentiellement le modelage de modèles vivants avec des originaux en terre cuite ou en plâtre patiné, avec une préférence marquée pour les portraits et bustes. Résolument figuratif, je recherche une forme de vérité de l'être que je sculpte. Depuis quelques années, je m’intéresse également à la sculpture animalière. Je réalise aussi des œuvres en taille directe sur bois et sur pierre. Intéressé par la technique liée à la réalisation de mes sculptures, je reproduis certaines de mes œuvres en bronze ou en aluminium dans une fonderie artisanale à l'ancienne où d'anciens fondeurs m'ont appris la fonte au sable. Depuis une dizaine d'année j'anime des ateliers de modelage pour amateurs et professionnels.
