VALDIF - (Miguel F. Valdivieso) Pintor, ceramista, muralista. Nació en Granada (España) en 1952. Pintor autodidacta, Valdif es un atípico artista con una larga historia de aportaciones de gran interés, utilizando técnicas propias y trabajando estilos diferentes.Realizó su 1ª exposición individual en el Centro Artístico Granada en 1975, a la que siguieron muchas individuales y colectivas. Valdif desarrolló en 1980 una técnica basada en arenas de mármol que le permitió su trabajo de muralista, realizando murales y obras originales para edificios, hoteles, etc. En 1992 abre su taller de cerámica. Su trabajo desde 1992 hasta el 2011, se basa en una evolución de antiguos frisos orientales y árabes. Estas composiciones proporcionan nuevos desarrollos, nuevos estudios y nuevas contribuciones geométricas al legado de formas árabes tradicionales.En 2009 crea una nueva técnica, inédita en la escena artística. Sus obras son una fusión de dos disciplinas: la escultura en forma de relieves formados por piezas cerámicas engarzadas, pintadas con esmaltes al fuego, que forman el motivo central y por otra parte, pintura tradicional en los fondos. El autor las denomina Esculto-pinturas y con ambas técnicas juntas crea composiciones dentro del Surrealismo, el abstracto y otros estilos. Aborda temas esenciales que van desde la búsqueda de antiguos elementos esotéricos, estudios geométricos sobre el mineral y la materia orgánica, la recreación otras formas de vida .... e incluso obras inspiradas, o directamente realizadas por “canalización psíquica”Aparte de sus exposiciones en Galerías, Valdif ha montado stand propio en 12 ferias internacionales, y ha realizado murales para edificios y hall de hoteles en varios países de Oriente Medio, La india y España.
