Liz Mosa est née le 26 août 1988 en Corrèze. Dès l’enfance, le dessin prend beaucoup de place et très tôt, elle sait qu’elle fera un métier artistique. Après une Licence Arts Plastiques et une formation d’illustratrice, elle réalise qu’elle veut devenir artiste.
En 2014, elle commence à exposer ses œuvres (toiles et dessins). A l’époque, son style est très différent car son travail est figuratif, mais cet univers ne la satisfait pas.
Elle va alors s’intéresser à des artistes abstraits, expressionnistes et elle glisse tout doucement vers un trait plus enfantin et libre. En 2016, elle découvre la
technique de la gravure sur bois, ce qui confirmera son changement.
Aujourd’hui, Liz Mosa est dessinatrice, peintre et graveuse. Ses œuvres mettent en scène des personnages « ailés », souvent féminins, des animaux entourés de plantes, des architectures étonnantes et du mobilier singulier. Elle travaille sur différents thèmes qui sont répertoriés en série dont « Hommage aux peintres », « Mythologie », « Angoulême », « Sous les toits ». Cette méthode lui permet de montrer plusieurs facettes de son univers.
