Naissance à Marie-Galante en 1949
Artiste autodidacte ayant toujours exercé une activité d’enseignant, parallèlement à ses recherches picturales.
Pratique de la guitare classique, afin de « mieux peindre », à cause de la proximité entre les deux formes d’expression artistique.
Sa peinture peut se définir comme du graphisme en relief, plutôt symboliste, entre l’abstraction et la figuration.

-Expositions personnelles régulières en Guadeloupe, à Basse-terre, Pointe-à-Pitre, Saint-François jusqu’en 1994.
-Ouverture d’une salle d’exposition permanente en 1995, dans son lieu d’habitation, à Poirier Pigeon Bouillante, en Guadeloupe.
-Ouverture d’une exposition permanente à Honfleur de 200 m2, de juin 2008 à novembre 2009.
