Graphic Art Workshop

The Graphics art Workshop/ Grafikas darbnīca was established in 1997 by graphic artist and tutor Ieva Helmute. For the first 12 years the studio was based in the Riga Center Primary School of Applied Art, but since late 2009 the workshop occupies a retail unit in the heart of the old Riga, part of Galerija Centrs. Now in it's 25th year, the team has grown to five arts tutors including Metra Drulle, Elina Elere, Inda Kaulina, Ieva Rituma and Ieva Helmute. The Graphics art Workshop/ Grafikas darbnīca team consists of highly qualified art tutors / graphic artists and we have a unique mobile printing press at our disposal allowing us to take our studio on the road. Our curriculum is suitable for broad range of participants, from young children to adults. We invite people of all ages to draw, etch, glue, print and enjoy the creative process.
