PALLAS was one of the Gigantes, the offspring of Gaia, born from the blood of the castrated Uranus. During the Gigantomachy, the cosmic battle of the Giants with the Olympian gods, he was flayed by Athena who used his skin as a shield.
Pallas est un Géant, fils de Gaïa (la Terre) et d'Ouranos (le Ciel) ou du Tartare (les Enfers). Lors de la gigantomachie, il fut vaincu par Athéna : la déesse l'écorcha entièrement et se servit de sa peau comme d'une armure.
