Feeling is the component of emotion that includes the cognitive functions of the body, the kind of appreciation. Feeling is the source of immediate knowledge or impression. It refers to the perception of the physiological state of the moment. The psychological sense of feeling, which includes an affective state, is to be distinguished from the actual feeling of sensitivity. We do not just paint with colours, we paint with feeling. The range of emotions is the raw material of art, desire and dreams. The painter feeds his work with what he feels and wants to share or tell. The feelings he expresses favour a connection with other viewers. They touch us for centuries, continents or cultures. The magic of emotions tends to the universal.
The picture sentiment is diagonally divided into two parts. The upper, mainly in blue part is intended to guide the viewer to magical sensations, similar to the image dreams and the blue dominates. In contrast, the lower part of the picture connects with the earth, forms of this part are earth-bound collages that invite you to linger.

Profession : Biochimiste, recherche pharmaceutique (en retrait)
Artiste peintre : Autodidacte, tableaux en huile et acrylique.
Plusieurs expositions en Suisse et en France dans les années soixante et soixante-dix ont me stimuler de continuer de peintre après mon retrait en 2007.
