Evelyn Babirye

Evelyn is a young passionate Ugandan artist, living and working in Kampala, Uganda.  She creates colorful artworks and paintings on canvas in various styles of work. Evelyn uses acrylic paint and sometimes mixed media, to create heartwarming art pieces. Her art is very much inspired by the beauty of nature  human figures, and beautiful colors.

Evelyn started drawing and  painting at a young age and since then, she has been able to create a world full of color, paint and texture. With her major themes being figurative, animal art and abstract, she has sold artworks to collectors in many different countries.

On addition to self taught practices, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Art and Design from Makerere university, Kampala. Her works have been exhibited across Uganda.
