我出生在中国新疆喀什地区的一个农业科学研究所，父亲和母亲是农业技术员，很幸运的是我十四岁考入喀什师范美术班。生活中每天看见的都是蓝天与槐树以及田野。大地和人融为一体的风景，生活与风景融为一体的世界，小时候的我看着一切，后来这一切也就成为我油画作品的主题内容。26岁时我的生活发生了变化，辞去小学美术教师的工作，离开新疆来到了上海，在私立学校做美术教师，后来考入上海大学美术学院学习了油画，还利用每个周六的时间学习了三年的版画。我非常喜欢综合版画，除了空气无法拓印，其他的物质材料基本都能拓印，我喜欢用各种材料去组合表达我内心的想法。接着我又考入东华大学获得MFA学位。现在我忙于中国传统服饰研究，出版了一本书，当然还是要继续画画，等到夏天，我会继续画画。[...]
