Born in 1947, it was only in 2005, as the end of her multiple professional and family obligations approached, that Violette Vallon took up painting in practice after having dreamed of it a lot...
She began by working alone then very quickly, in 2006, enrolled in the lessons of a well-known painter in her town, Yves Mériel Bussy, whose teaching she followed until 2016.
His passion for painting is confirmed with a preference for oil. Little by little, she discovered her own style and her favorite interests: Brittany with its little houses hidden in the vegetation but also trees, leaves, women's bodies for her main recurring themes of inspiration.
His style, a little naive, is very original and full of bright colors, sometimes evoking stained glass.
His first participations in group exhibitions started in 2013 continue every year.
She signs her works under the label "VIVA"
