My work for as far back as 5 years has utilized uncovering parts of history, which profoundly affect our contemporary culture today. In the present atmosphere where many accept history has no pertinence, I wind up constantly coming back to those perspectives that are regularly covered up or distorted in the "official" accounts for family. In my fluctuated and various ways to deal with making craftsmanship; establishments; open, curatorial and web extends, the setting of the work affects the work's relationship to the watcher.
My work ranges from the setting of the road to exhibition halls, cinemas, to introductions of sound through stopping meters. Frequently concentrating on the trappings of intensity and the customs required for it's impact, or inspiring the customary separating of the petitioner by people with great influence, offering voice to the individuals who are regularly unheard, or uncovering the intensity of language through history. The work takes on different structures proposed to attract the watcher as co-creator and witness, make new and erratic patterns of contemplations and affiliations, giving an exploratory opportunity to challenge one's discernments, viewpoints and suspicions.
