Born in Belfort in 1960 and living in the East of France since 1985. As far back as I can remember, I have been drawn to drawing, painting and generally meticulous work. In the early 1990s, I undertook a series of copies of paintings in order to find what style suited me best. It was the Dalinian revelation! It is indeed thanks to Salvador Dali that I understood that one could make beautiful paintings while having fun. Since that time, painting is more and more for me, a construction game. I associate elements that tell a story, or that stimulate our imagination by the sometimes strange association of these elements. To achieve this, I often include partial reproductions of known paintings in my work, thus giving a clue to find the founding idea of my composition. In this sense, my paintings join the syncretism dear to the Cuban painter César Santos.
