When will I receive my payment after selling an original artwork?

During a sale, Artmajeur collects payment from the customer, and keeps it for the duration of the transaction. Once the client receives the artwork, they have 14 days to retract and send it back, then Artmajeur sends you the payment.

You will be paid 15 days after delivery of the artwork (If the 15th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, you will be paid the next working day).

• Payment by PAYPAL Payment is instant on your account
• Payment by bank transfer The payment will arrive in your account between 1 and 5 days later, depending on your bank's policy. NB: During your first sale, 1 to 2 more days will be necessary to add you as a bank beneficiary.
