MIAMI ART DECO DISTRICT (1983) Painting by Stephane Cazenave

Beaux Arts de Paris, Architecture Section from 1979 to 1985. Architect whose practice of drawing was integrated into my daily activity. I collaborated with a Chinese American Hotel Group, carried out numerous projects in Europe, the United States, Asia (Bali, Jakkarta), then I worked for the Kingdom of Morocco for 10 years, including 2 years at the Palace of Rabat for the daily needs of the Royal Family, carried out on behalf of a major Parisian architecture firm, projects in Morocco in all the royal cities, in Algeria, in Jordan..... Then I left for several years in Polynesia to design and build 4 and 5 star resort hotels for a firm specializing in luxury hotels in Punaauia near Papeete. In each exercise, drawing and watercolor accompany my projects and drawing is an integral part during all these 'tropical' years. drawing is a vital medium, I draw outside the professional framework and immerse myself in the Maohie Culture of traditional Polynesian sculpture and tattooing, I bring back from my stay in the South Seas several hundred sketches, watercolors from Fenua , Mother Earth..      At the turn of the century,  I started  a  liberal  activity  in  Paris  until 2015. nowadays. I am a consultant for French construction majors, and work on "Total makeovers" for private clients, on Haussmannian, or Art Deco apartments, in Paris, also on Californian-inspired residences and often with a wooden frame.
