For the past 25 years Shiran-Mizrahi has been tutoring teachers and overseeing projects for improving education systems with Art, worldwide, mainly in Thailand and Nepal. She’s also been facilitating groups for communicating with aid of Art.

To-date, Shiran-Mizrahi is actively treating people with holistic art therapy, using a self-developed, unique method to diagnose and treat personal problems with the aid of Mandala pictures.

Shiran-Mizrahi is also actively creative in the areas of art jewelry and fine art photography.

In digital photography, Shiran-Mizrahi is fond of taking people photography in their natural environment, and nature photography and location photography in their original photography lighting. Shiran-Mizrahi is also active in the area of fashion necklace jewelry, and in particular, handmade beaded necklaces. In her unique designs, this jewelry designer uses many sorts of jewelry beads. One can find in her necklaces for sale collections beads made of Silver, bones, wood, glass, metal, polymers, clay, ceramic and more. Her handcrafted jewelry necklaces also contain natural ingredients such as: corals, pearls and stones; as well as contemporary ingredients such as: moonstones, jades, and more.
