This strange hammock is like an unfinished bridge. The metallic structure's got the shape of a Moebius Ribbon a bit exhausted under the weight of its load. Strange animals on the ribbon symbolize collective unconscious. The QR-code links to the official text of the constitution.

Ce hamac énigmatique, comme un pont inachevé, s'appuie sur une seule pile qui se dresse, hésitante ou indécise.
Les plus observateurs auront remarqué que le support de métal a pris la forme infinie du ruban de Moebius, qui symbolise l'inconscient du pays et ses richesses endémiques métissées.
Tandis que, les possesseurs de smart-phones, intrigués, auront suivi le lien porté par le qr-code. Cette introspection devrait nous encourager à poursuivre la construction en cours : le temps du repos serein viendra enfin.
