The Artist with Colored Pencils

All made in pencil, Sandrine HARDJANI's Works are the result of a technique that is not very widespread in France, which pushes the mixture of color until the support completely disappears.
There is truly fusion of the pigments and therefore creation of a new color and this, while retaining their original density and therefore all their luminosity.
At this level, the mixing of the material is comparable to that of an oil painting, with the difference that the action occurs directly on the work and not beforehand on a palette.
And the result is stunning to say the least! Just look at the work done by the Artist with colored pencils inspired by food and wine, which remains his favorite theme to this day.
Sandrine draws a series of paintings inspired by great chefs...

First, with the help of the book "La Riviera" by Alain DUCASSE and with the blessing of his photographer Jean louis BLOCH LAINE who has been following the painter's work for several years.
Then, the design of "La Toupie", a dessert by Christophe MICHALAK, world pastry champion.
Then the famous desserts of La Chèvre d'Or in EZE, Julien DUGOURD's lemon pie, but also his apple pie and his chocolate disc.

And finally, recognition in Burgundy...

A work that seduced the members of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du TASTEVIN
of the Château du Clos de VOUGEOT.
The Burgundian winegrowers liked his pencil stroke and asked him to create a table to illustrate the menu of their Chapter on "taste and gastronomy", which took place on November 8, 2014 in front of 600 guests.
Entitled "The farandole of flavors", the work seduced everyone, starting with the great constable of Clos de VOUGEOT, Louis-Marc Chevillard.

In 2015, this same painting will also be noticed by His Highness Prince ALBERT II of Monaco who will appreciate the work of the Artist.
It will be auctioned for the benefit of the WWF on the occasion of a beautiful evening on July 16, 2015 in the presence of Prince Albert II in MONACO and the philanthropy Mr STELIOS.

In 2016, Les Thermes Marins de MONACO received the artist, she presented 5 of these works there from March to the end of June.
From the month of May, you will be able to discover there in the second part of the Expo, the cars
old cars on the occasion of the Grand Prix.

For the presentation of her latest collection, Sandrine has chosen the Village of EZE, which she particularly likes.
In ART FOOD PENCILS, she has created a new universe, always in direct relation with Gastronomy since the 1st painting "Plant Reincarnation" was inspired by some peelings of Pumpkin and Vitelotte potatoes, which under the pencil of the artist transformed into a veritable fresco where the mind wanders and discovers a world at the gates of the abstract.
The second "Between Land and Sea" is the vision of a world of bright and intense colors, full of joy which was inspired by a culinary photo by Jean Louis BLOC LAINE, former photographer of Alain DUCASSE.
