Vision III - Danach... (2020) Painting by Sabè

In my home near Dietfurt, Germany, I live and work as a freelance artist and work professionally in a home for the disabled in Ingolstadt.

As a mother of 3 children and 1.64 m of concentrated creativity with a big heart and a good tendency towards chaos, I develop the necessary freedom. Last but not least, it is probably precisely these characteristics that challenge and inspire me on my way in painting. However, I am not a mother with a 'leisure activity deficit' who pursues painting as a divergent hobby. My seriousness in dealing with painting, the performing arts in general, is part of my motivation and my life.

After my first inspiring artistic experience at school, I unfortunately worked for many years in completely different fields and it was only late that I discovered my passion for and love for painting. Once I started again, the “color virus” never let go of me. Determined, curious, self-critical and ambitious, I go one step at a time, as it turns out for me. For me, the journey is always the goal.

As a multi-faceted person, I therefore don't want to commit myself to just one "painting style" or even be committed to it. Intuitively, working and playing with colors, I like to develop new techniques - what I like, gives me a pleasant feeling, is applied, further developed and sometimes combined. A definition does not correspond to my attitude towards life.

I love the mysterious and inspiring in my work, as well as playing with colors and painting techniques. In truth, this versatility is my style - even more: it is my approach to life. Who likes to eat entrecôte every day ...
