Souk Marocain (2013) Painting by Philippe Van Bellinghen

Philippe Van Bellinghen, born in 1965, lives in Belgium the region of Namur. Passionate about music, he plays guitar, piano and bass. In late November 2013, he accompanied his 8 year old son in a painting course. He asks if he can give it a try with the kids. Guided by his intuition, he randomly selected to paint a canvas of Bernard Ott (representing musicians). Although he had never touched a brush before, it makes a copy in record time. Six months later, he says his preferences and starts his own achievements with the theme: Belgian musicians.
