Philippe Bousseau is a professional photographer. His pictorial works are the fruit of a particular alchemy which solicits the multiple universes of arts and techniques: photography, drawing, painting, music...

A digital virtuoso, Philippe Bousseau works like a painter, bringing layer after layer of mysterious textures and singular colors to his photographic images, constructing improbable scenes around the central character, a beguiling young woman or a hieratic Venus. The music, which one can judge, in the first analysis, foreign to the affair is inseparable from the work. She is for Philippe a powerful creative engine in this microcosm where the fantastic rubs shoulders with the dreamlike sphere.

Philippe Bousseau was born in 1956, he now lives in the Gard in Nîmes (France). Luis Royo, Di Maccio, Hiroshi Nonami, Pascal Chôve and many more inspire him in his work.
