L'EVEIL - FROM THE FIRST DAY (2009) Painting by Oliverb

I introduce myself, I am Olivier Bernard, in fact "olivierb".
Born near Paris in 1970, I began to practice drawing in 1986. In 1991, I have had colour's work, using chalk and pastels then oil and acrylic painting.

After an accident with my hand, and could'nt use it momentary and I decide to keep all what I have done.

Self made man, I claim myself to be a label creator of rough art. I let the spectator free with the meaning of my painting. In his glance, I hope to find an echo, a re-echo.

My work, at he begin was the Lévinas though and Bacon's torsion.
First at all, in a way, I put sense in all human face, as an impression left, confidences, narrative, emotion, unconcerned, without forgetting a travel invitation which I can insinuate it, in my work.
