Andrei Jilin is a recognized painter and photographer, president of the artists' association "Noosphera" since 2001. Member of the Professional Union of Artists and the International Association "Art of the Peoples of the World", he was born in 1971 in Ishim , in the Tyumen region.

Andrei has a higher artistic education and graduated as a professional artist. He lives in Irkutsk, near Lake Baikal, where he works in painting, engraving, contemporary art and photography.

His works can be found in galleries, private and corporate collections in Russia and in more than 20 countries around the world. Andrei Jilin participated in 4 Russian regional exhibitions, 30 international government-level exhibitions, including within the framework of Dunnin District Government, Manchuria, Erlian, Guangzhou, Linyi, Harbin, Ergun and Jilinor (China), 8 artist exhibitions of the Irkutsk region, 26 group exhibitions in Irkutsk and 2 national exhibitions.

He was honored with diplomas and certificates of recognition from the administration of Irkutsk, China and an honorary diploma from the Central Academy of Art in Beijing. He was also listed by the experts of the Notation Center (Moscow) as an artist in the Encyclopedia of Russian Artists of the 19th-21st Centuries
