Every child is an Angel who descended to Earth.
We come to this world as holy children and walk along the road of our life, in every direction along our path.
As the Sun shines on everyone and warms everyone with its warmth, so children illuminate everyone with their lives and encourage other people to Live.

When we are small, we so want to grow up. But when we are adults, there is no way to return to those wonderful moments of childhood.

“Childhood is what we lost in time, but kept in ourselves”.

ARTIST STATEMENT

Who?

I, Nikolai Vladimirov, am a contemporary artist and street culture figure who created two of my own unique styles "Nikusism" and "Breaking Painting".

I was born in 1993 in St. Petersburg, where I live and work to this day. At the age of thirteen he began to draw and dance. From that moment on, a long journey of searching for that very line and movement began.

For most of my life I have been involved in art and dance. This is my line and movement, what I live by. The line symbolizes art and eternity. Movement means life, dance and the present moment.

Through pen graphics, I transfer my line to paper.

Through breaking painting - I transfer my dance from time to the space of the canvas.

What?

Starting with an interest in tattoos and celtics, I created my own style "Nikusism", which consists of unconscious lines intersecting endlessly with each other, having their own beginning and end, and creating various images.

The second direction, "Breaking Painting" - action painting, combines breakdance dance and painting. With my body in the dance, I transfer the present moments to eternity, leaving colors on the canvas. Each work is a certain event in which both the audience and the artist himself are witnesses and participants in the painting.

What's next?

Development of breaking painting, work with sculpture and installations, collaborations with brands

The process of creation is important to me, to express my feelings and perception of the “Now” moment.

And this is my continuous line.
