Biography
Michelle Peyre aka Mimi is a contemporary French sculptor. Her sculptures of plump, charming and precious women give us a certain image of femininity. In bronze or resin, in small or "life-size" sizes, they underline the shapes of a sensual emotion, they tell stories, tell emotions about which the artist does not put words. And the visitor lingers on these forms whose curves attract the touch, smiles at the scenes of life which sometimes send him back to himself.
Michelle Peyre was born in 1952, in France. She participates in numerous fairs and exhibitions and in particular Art Fair Lille, Affordable Art Fair Paris and Bruxelles, ArteNîm. She exhibited at the National Sports Museum, under the theme: sporty elegance rhymes with performance. Peyre’s sculptures can be found all over Europe and in the United States among art lovers, collectors and art experts. Michelle Peyre is a member of the Ateliers d'Art de France.
