He is a member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists on the section of monumental art since 1999. Works of Igor Nelubovich are in the State Novosibirsk Art Museum, Gallery Agora, the United States and in private collections in Russia, Greece, Portugal, France, Germany, USA, UK, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, Chile, Finland, China and other countries. 

Igor Nelubovich was born in 1948 in the city of Gorky, Russia. Currently he lives and works in St. Petersburg.
