Nayanaa Kanodia is a contemporary painter from India. She is considered to be the pioneer of l’Art Naïf in India, a genre until then unseen and unheard of in a contemporary context. Renowned for her distinctive style, her paintings exude whimsy, featuring flat, bright polished surfaces adorned with vibrant and dynamic colors. Notable for their intricate details, patterns, and shapes, her works delve into the charming idiosyncrasies of her subjects with a blend of wit and gentle satire.
