French artist Jo y Posso lives in Pigalle, a stone's throw from the Moulin Rouge
For 20 years, she worked in fashion as a stylist, and spent the rest of her time creating collages and lighting. She cuts up her art books to create meetings between the great classical figures and the icons of pop art, thus telling sensual, funny and feminist stories. More recently, Jo y Posso turned to mixed media to integrate street art influences into his work.
