Marie-France Venon lives in the french province and currently works as an illustrator in publishing. She also runs art workshops.
Initially a teacher in the visual arts, she trained in art therapy, which she practiced for many years. She is also the creator of a training course entitled "Psychology and Pedagogy of Creativity" used in particular for reintegration workshops.
Marie-France has always been painting and drawing on dreamlike and poetic themes. Always with a project in mind, curious about everything that opens spaces of renewed enchantment of the world, she writes and illustrates texts playing with the confines of reality, or give aspect of a tangible reality to the inner life of her characters.
Concerned as much by the evolution of living conditions on our planet, she is now getting closer to people looking for creative solutions, in a positive state of mind, in order to develop the awareness of the need for another way of life. Her current thinking is about finding ways to express this through the arts she practices.
When she doesn't draw, she loves riding her horse in nature, her other passions.
