Self-educated painter, I grant a dominating role to the culture; and arts must be the means of building the spirit, to release to him from new horizons. Among all arts - except painting- it is one which counts much por me: it is about the music.

Painting and the music go from pair. It is towards this principle which my work tightens. My objective is to bring closer a visual impression and a musical impression. This is why many of my pictures find their inspiration in a musical work.

In terms of composers my inspirations come from Brahms to Saint-Saëns, while passing by Borodine or Tchaïkovsky… and these is thus the melodies which guide me. They are so to speak the band of my painting; though each one associates the sound track which it seems to hear. In terms of painters, I strongly appreciate Delacroix, but am especially struck by works of Monet or Turner. My sensitivity tends consequently towards the movement says “impressionist”, because there is the step of my work; i.e. to retranscribe the impressions which give birth to the things and the light.

By the means of my painting I modestly wish to invite the public to discover the music, the literature… and even beyond. Because arts should not be placed in hermetic compartments, but must establish bonds and create openings.

Within the framework of a trans-disciplinary project, I seek artists of any horizon, in particular of the poets or writers, and musicians, in order to associate painting other arts. I am opened with all proposals. Any person confirmed or not in her art can announce her suggestion to me.
