END OF FEBRUARY 2008 : Damian Ebejer will be taking part in two collective exhibitions; one will be held at the Last Touch Gallery in Mosta together with 39 other artists. The theme of the show will pay homage and appreciation to Chev.Emmanuel Fiorentino (a leading art critic) who passed away last JanuaryThe other collective exhibition will be hels at the Melita, San Anton Gardens. The theme of this show will regard the enhancement of our enviroment, hosted by the Green Core of Malta.

I was born in Somerset, England on the 25th January 1961 and brought up on the Mediterranean island of MALTA from the age of five. I have since travelled extensively, but keep Malta as my home.
My paintings first became available to the public in 1994 and since then my work has gone through some notable changes and explorations.

my art
My art is in constant evolution. I search for new happiness through painting ; movement, colour and light are the most important elements for my expression. My recent paintings are a parallel expression of my life's emotions.

One of my studios. In the foreground are a pair of boards I'm working on to be installed as part of a frieze in a museum in Mdina, Malta.
In the background is a trompe d'oeil of a working cupboard, painted on plastered board, and is over 3 meters high.
