Avidité et création divine, cet homme est l'Adam contemporain et le pécher originel est complètement actuel : il est à l'origine de notre chute en cours.
Cet Adam a perdu Dieu de vue, seule compte la possession de l'eau, symbole des biens précieux du monde physique.
Cette goutte en suspension dans l'air est au-dessus du feu qui fait rougeoyer l'éther. Le feu évapore l'eau, Adam perdra bientôt toute richesse matérielle et chutera. Retour au néant.
A force de brûler son environnement pour posséder plus, l'homme verra sa goutte s'évaporer et lui tomber nu dans les flammes.
Inspiration : J'avais été très impressionnée 1/ par les images par satellite des feux en Indonésie il y a quelques années 2/ et bien entendu par la Chapelle Sixtine.
