I think the beauty of life is permanently anchored in front of us in a surprisingly simple, the barking of a dog, the sound of a train sometimes tearing the silence of the night can bring us to this point. A subject like the seasons for me is timeless and I am very attached to a sensitive approach to art with a contemporary treatment.
To create is to bring answers to questions unknown form disappear along the way to make room for the act and the density of the work itself.
The method employed is only one element among many others but I do not see it as the main subject nor the place of paradox can be transformed into "visual caffeine" and eventually become commonplace.
It is this balance between things that are important to me in art as in life with the share of own enigma to everyone.

Je pense que la beauté de la vie est ancrée en permanence devant nous dans une étonnante simplicité, que l’aboiement d’un chien, le bruit d’un train qui déchirent parfois le silence de la nuit peuvent nous ramener à cet essentiel. Un sujet comme "les saisons" est pour moi indémodable et je reste très attaché à cette base sensitive qui n’empêche en rien un traitement contemporain.
Créer c’est amener des réponses en forme d’inconnu à des questions qui disparaissent en cours de route pour laisser place à l’acte et à la densité de l’œuvre en elle-même.
Le procédé employé n’est qu’un élément parmi tant d’autres mais je ne le considère pas comme le sujet principal pas plus que la place du paradoxe qui peut se transformer en « caféine visuelle » et finalement devenir un lieu commun.
C'est ce point d'équilibre entre les choses qui est pour moi important dans l'art comme dans la vie avec la part d'énigme propre à chacun.
