Robbie Williams is auctioning off his personal art collection. Three Banksy pieces will be sold by Sotheby's in March. The 3 works could fetch between 2.5 and 3.5 million pounds.

Robbie Williams and his Take That bandmates sang "Everything Changes," and it appears that the same is true of his art collection. Three Banksy pieces belonging to the British musician will be auctioned off by Sotheby's in the near future. They might be worth over ten million pounds. According to the Financial Times, Robbie Williams purchased the pieces directly from Banksy shortly after they were created in the early 2000s. At the time, the works of street artists did not command exorbitant prices at auction. They did, however, appeal to the multi-platinum "Angels" singer because they blended three of his favorite things: "hip-hop culture, naughtiness, and comedy," as he described to a British tabloid.

One of the three pieces up for auction at Sotheby's is "Girl With Balloon." It's an early version of the one that self-destructed in 2018, shortly after being auctioned for $1.4 million at Sotheby's in London. It is expected to sell for between £2 and £3 million.

Bid on "Kissing Coppers" and "Vandalised Oils (Choppers)," both of which are replicas of graffiti created by Banksy in 2005. Between £2.5 million and £3.5 million (between $3.4 million and $4.75 million), they could be sold.

These three paintings will be auctioned at Sotheby's "The Now" London evening sale on March 2, 2022. Robbie Williams is selling some works from his personal art collection for the first time. The ones up for auction at Sotheby's, he claims, are some of Banksy's best works. He told "I admire how intimately they are tied to the street pieces." "As a Banksy collector, you become a part of a larger cultural movement."

Banksy's stock has been steadily climbing in recent years, with his pieces reaching new auction highs. "Love Is in the Bin," a painting that sold for a record £18.6 million (about $22.3 million) at Sotheby's in London last October, is confirmation of this.

A small child releases a red heart-shaped balloon in the painting. However, during an auction on Oct. 11, 2018, its lower half was partially shredded into thin strips by a paper shredder hidden in its frame. This event created a stir in the art world while also cementing Banksy's reputation.
