Les feels that she is always changing and growing with her work and will continue to learn as long as she keeps painting. Every time she paints with other artists, goes to a museum, or reads an art magazine or book she finds she is thinking about different ways to appraoch her artwork. It's truly a work in progress and that's what makes it so exciting and fresh. Whether she is actually painting or not she is constantly thinking about the process and so it has beome a large part of her lifestyle.
