This diversity of influences enriches his work and allows him to explore different artistic perspectives.
Laurent earned his Diplôme National d'Arts Plastiques at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts Plastiques in Cergy-Pontoise, France, in 1991. Since then, his photographic work has diversified to include portraits of musicians, portraits in general, as well as urban landscapes.
