Original Artwork

Original Artwork refers to any work that is considered authentic and not a copy or imitation of the original works of an artist. Original artwork can be any type of painting, sculpture, performance, or other media. There are many types of original media. Mixed media includes oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings. For workshop paintings that bear evidence of master craftsmanship, this attribution must be further qualified. While they may be less valuable for different reasons, reproductions and copies have had a tremendous impact on our experience. They reach a greater audience than originals and act as a tonic against commodification. Original Artwork could also refer to the first work, which is always preceding all others. It could also refer to a prototype or a model from which other works can be made. Each work bears great similarities to the original.

Родилась в Москве.
В 1998г. закончила МСХШ.
Окончила институт им. Сурикова в 1994г. в мастерской станковой графики.
В 1995г. была награждена Дипломом Российской Академии художеств за серию офортов на тему "Мой Петербург".
Прошла стажировку в мастерской офорта Академии Художеств в Санкт-Петербурге и в Берлинской Академии Искусств.
В 1996г. вступила в Московский Союз Художников (Объединение художников графического станкового искусства).
С 1994 - участвует в Московских, Всероссийских и международных выставках, сотрудничает с галереей "Новый квадрат".
С 1998 - принимает участие в ежегодных выставках "Мир форм".
Многие произведения находятся в частных коллекциях в России и за рубежом.
Работы были самые разные ― в мультипликации, в журнале, реклама, оформление интерьеров, создание эскизов декоративных панно для мозаики на фасадах и др.
Работает в технике масляной живописи, в смешанных техниках - карандаш, уголь. Любимые техники ― акварель, офорт.

Kokueva Julia
Born in Moscow.
In 1998 graduated from Moscow secondary school of Arts.
In 1994 graduated from Surikov Art Institute Workshop of easel painting.
In 1995 was awarded the Diploma of the Russian Academy of arts for a series of etchings on
a theme " My Petersburg ".
Has passed training in a workshop of an etching of the Academy of arts in St.-Petersburg and in the Berlin Academy of Arts.
In 1996 entered the Moscow Union of Artists (Association of artists graphic easel arts).
From 1994 - participations in Moscow, All-Russia and international exhibitions, cooperates with “New square” Gallery .
From 1998 - takes part in annual exhibitions "The World of forms ".
Many Artworks are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
Works are very much different: animation, magazines, advertising, registration of interiors, creation of sketches of decorative panels for a mosaic on facades, etc.
Works in techniques of oil painting, in mixed techniques - a pencil, coal, an oil pastel.
Favorite techniques are a water color and an etching.
