Biography
After a career as a business manager in the fields of marketing and communication in the Paris region, Jean-Pierre Fleury is a curious and passionate observer who takes an often offbeat look at life and his times.
Traveling a lot around the world, meeting ancient but also contemporary peoples, favoring exchanges and original adventures over the ease of mass tourism, passionate about different cultures, he gained a life experience which is reflected in his photos, elegance, beauty, impression and even sadness sometimes.
These are feeling, emotional photos; more than the simple reproduction of reality, he seeks what lies beyond appearances, attempts to understand the history of things in order to draw photographic paintings, often abstract, but all full of meaning. As he says himself, “each of my photos has a story of its own. »
