Jacqueline Ruiz has been a watercolorist for over 40 years. She studied at the Montpellier School of Fine Arts and then taught in various colleges.
She practices watercolor in the countries where she goes, but it is mainly in Roussillon that she works. Landscaper, his style imbued with softness, gradually evolves towards a simplification of forms, and a simplicity close to abstraction.
She is very attracted to misty landscapes, which allow this evolution and this lightness which now constitute her style.
