Isis Bi was born in Paris in 1955 and then lived for the next forty years in Lille where she followed the first term of fine arts in Lille in 1974. For family and financial reasons, she worked as a saleswoman, while continuing to paint in a personal and self-taught manner. with the influences of Miro and Jean Arp whom she particularly likes.
In 1980, she followed training in human relations and personal development, notably with Salomé, she moved to a therapist's office in Lille in 1986 In 95 she moved to Charente-Maritime where she still lives and works. In 2000, she began exhibiting and returned to sculpture in 2002.
After a separation and a change of life in 2012, she then added an M, mysterious in connection with her spiritual activity as an energetician, that' Since 1987, she has been carrying out her artistic creation in parallel.

Since 2014, the crisis has forced her to reduce exhibitions and only creates.

Artistic approach
Fugee, fragile moment, emotion, impulse, the desire to express, quickly, immediately on a notebook in my bag, indicating the colors, 1st magic of feeling on distant paper and so close, to watch. Sometimes a text is attached.
Then time takes its time to move on to the sketch and the final creation.
Re-creation, a new magical moment through the addition of color.
And time still passes, then when the final realization ends, this new ecstasy of creation, of the reminder of the energy of the time, is renewed, a slice of life, a happiness.

Sculpture is the shaping of my painting, for the caress of my expression of emotion.

My sculptures are megalomaniacal and they all dream of being at least 5 m tall high in public places to be seen from afar by the myopic and to be admired from all angles!!!
