Gourmet. Composition №2 (2018)

Working closely with art catered to the broad audience like posters, flyers and other print media I believe it is necessary to offer the public the authentic artisanal works of the real art and esthetic value. My paintings on the recycled barn wood are completely created with my own hands starting from the board preparation to the design idea and the artistic implementation. I really feel the intimate contact with the natural material. I even perform the sanding myself to preserve the intricate play of the grain of the wood. This work fosters the sense of creation in me. My creations bring up the shapes, the colors, the smell and the tastes of the fruits of the ocean and the fruits of the land. I want to share my life vision and hope that my Mediterranean Still Lifes remind the viewers about the seaside and bring the joy and peace to their lives.
