This is the fifth artwork in «the Faces» series. The series is a reflection of several agendas you could see in today's world. One could think of how they would look like being introduced as pure emotion. The idea identified the source. This is how the «faces» theme appeared. What would you see looking at the «face» of a certain agenda?

There’s a face with all the emotions which lets you to determine a certain feeling. All people's faces are different. All the emotions are complex and unique. But if you visit the anatomy museum you could see that there’s a thing which makes us all very similar. It’s a flesh behind the face.
Death is a great inspiration as the strongest archetype. This artwork is an attempt to depict the similarity of humans behind their difference. It’s not about shapes & figure but strokes and color palette. Ruining familiar shapes together with narrowing the palette allows to get rid of familiar thoughts. It let you go deeper into your own humanity to discover the feelings we all can share.

I was born in 1990 in the city of Kyiv, spent my childhood in the far north of Russia. I have never had a special art education, however, I have always been passionate about art. Feeling very enthusiastic, I am continuing to improve my skills.

Currently, I live and work in Moscow. As a young artist, I am always in search of new forms and styles. However, acrylic and mascara dominate in my works today. Works can be attributed to such styles as abstractionism and expressionism. Mostly performed without sketches, in the tradition of visionaries, the work is inspired by dreams, nightmares, images of spirits and demons.
