Igor Romanovsky was born February 9, 1966 in Kiev, Ukraine. Studied in Kyiv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Art and Design named after M. Boychuk. In 1991 he started practice a profession of an artist and designer. Romanovsky has named his style in which he works ROMART. It is unique technique that is called “recordmodeling” and involves the use of vinyl records. Today he is creating beautiful metaphors through the bronze.
In 1995 he started his exhibition activity. Romanovsky participated in more then 50 art shows and exhibitions, including shows in Kiev, Paris, London, Hamburg etc. Works of Igor Romanovsky are held in private collections in Ukraine, France, The United Kingdom , Germany, Israel, Japan and The USA.
