Another one of my latest leopard paintings. Painted from reference photos I took in the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia during my travels in the area. A scene from one of our safaris in the dry season when these creatures blend into their environment so well that they can be barely spotted. This leopard was guarding its prey in the undergrowth.
Watercolour on paper. Size: 12 × 16 inches. Year: 2021.
