My latest watercolour painting of the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol, one of my favourite subjects to paint. Only the highlighted banks and remaining water of the River Avon at low tide breaks up the brightly coloured summer landscape. I like to emphasise the overall feel of a place rather than paint in details just as I did here.

I aim to bring forth feelings of happiness and positive energy with my colourful watercolour paintings inspired by nature. I paint what I see and see the natural world around me as an extension of my inner self. As a visually impaired artist, caused by a condition called blepharospasm, my latest paintings focus more on colour harmonies and overall feel of the subject rather than details. After two years of hopelessness I managed to get back into painting and I found great comfort in doing so. Although I had many years of art education both in my native Hungary and here in the UK, I am a self-taught watercolorist.
